Training and Classes

A regulation review program that introduces the participant to the American National Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment, 2014 edition, published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI Z358/1-2014) as adopted by the Nevada State Legislature R069-20 in April of 2022. Topics include minimum requirements for showers, eyewash stations, and combination units, proper installation requirements, definition of supplemental equipment, maintenance, inspection requirements, and training requirements. The course addresses requirements of the State of Nevada to be in compliance with this new Nevada Revised Statute (NRS). (2 hours)
