We have a beautiful property out here in Summerlin. It's a local place, 27 acres, 1250 great team members driving the process every day with 427 rooms, 11 eateries - we have a bowling center, we have a poker room, we have table games, slots, a showroom, bingo hall - we have a lot going on here at the Suncoast obviously. SHARP, as most people don't know, is such a refined but such a full and robust program that really means that you're engaged. It means that you're not only following the rules, but you're engaged in all the processes, and for our property, it meant everything - it meant pride, and it means it's an assurance to our people - again, customers and team members - that again, they go home every day knowing that they practice good safety practices. And hopefully, by being SHARP, they've taken that safety practice that they learned here with the SCATS program if you will, and have taken it home and made it part of their lives and that's really what it's all about. They really took us by the hand if you will, taught us the rights and maybe some of the wrongs of safety, but more importantly, how to make sure and assure that the people that walk in this building, walk anywhere near this building I should say - leave, feel good about themselves, and do it in a safe manner. Now we're proactive, we're actually stepping ahead and looking for things that can protect us and protect our assets, which are our people, and I think just the fact that we were able to work with them has brought that top of mind, if you will, from a safety standpoint to all of our team members - so it's been great.
