We are a manufacturing company, by trade, and we've been here for 40 plus years. Our Sparks yard is a little different because we're distribution only - so basically what we do is we move product and we have a lot of heavy forklift traffic and the trick for us is that we mix that with retail customers, so we have a lot of foot traffic out in the yard and so that's our biggest concern - is the machine reverse, you know, people. Machinery is always going to win. We run two semis out of here. We have 20 employees at our facility here, pretty much half of them work out in the field, and then the other half is office staff. You've seen our whole yard transform. When we first started, it was not a safe yard. Even with our corporate help and our commitment with management, you know, to keep our people safe - so with their experience and the different inspectors that we've had the pleasure of working with, it's just safe, our paperwork is better. It's nice to - I would put it working with them would be the consultation side is, you know, the gloves are on - nobody's getting in trouble, nobody's getting a ticket, you know, they're here to help you, they're not against you, and when you have that open forum, things get done a lot better. It's free, so how could you go wrong? I mean, here’s the professional of the safety industry, and for us to be able to partner with them just by going down and saying, “Hey pick me, help us keep our people safe,” it's been a win-win. And to be honest with you, when we first started too, because you're exempt from the two-year inspection if you do all of the things they asked you to do, that was appealing to start. And as we grew our relationship with them, it just got better and better and so you know, here we are today - safe people. We're proud to partner with them just because, you know, we see the value, you know, we have a safe yard and safe people and we're proud of that. We fly the SHARP flag every day here and it sits outside the front door and we walk by it with pride.
