Notice of Hearing for the Adoption of Regulations of the Division of Industrial Relations, Department of Business and Industry

You are hereby given notice that the Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry, State of Nevada (“Division”) will conduct a public hearing on proposed permanent regulations amending Chapter 618 of the Nevada Administrative Code (“NAC”) on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will be held via a Webex meeting only. Webex allows for video and teleconferencing.
Pursuant to Assembly Bill No. 253, 81st (2021) Session, effective May 31, 2021, a public body may conduct a meeting by means of a remote technology system or by means of electronic communication if members of the public are permitted to hear and observe the meeting, participate in the meeting by telephone and provide live public comment during the meeting using the remote technology system.
