This class includes presentations on OSHA regulations and standards related to walking-working surfaces (WWS) found in 1910 – Subpart D. Topics include OSHA WWS 1910 – Subpart D in general industry, including applications in 29 CFR 1926 construction, the differences of horizontal and vertical surfaces that employees walk or gain access to work areas, and step bolts, manhole steps, stairways, dockboards, and guard rail systems. The program further addressed training requirements and the State of Nevada requirements for the establishment of a safety program.
